Shipping policy

Poppie's Dough products are baked within 24 hours of shipping. Each product is individually wrapped and carefully packaged for perfect arrival.  We ship 2 day Fedex Express. Some products we offer Free Shipping and that will be noted on the Description of the product. It does not apply to all products. To insure our products stay fresh we only ship Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. This insures you receive the product before the end of week. We offer overnight Fedex, with a higher shipping rate. Order that come in over the weekend will be baked on Sunday and shipped out on Monday 2 days FedEX express These products can only be shipped in US, and can not ship to a PO Box. Please make sure your address is correct. We can not extend our refund or replacements to incorrect addresses.  Once package leaves our facility, the responsibly transfers to the shipping carrier. Shipping refunds may not be given for delays due to extreme weather, package refusal, and or incomplete or incorrect delivery address. If you would like your gift to arrive on a particular day please use Overnight Shipping to guarantee your delivery.

In delivering to certain addresses we guarantee to the mailroom or receiving department and then it is their responsibility to deliver to the correct person. Nursing homes, hospitals, colleges, or hotels. 

Poppie's Dough products are baking fresh daily and we do not use any preservatives in our products. We recommend enjoying them within 3 days after receiving the package or freezing the them immediately. Wrap in plastic wrap and foil, freeze for 3 weeks.
